Jet Window support
Last updated 7 August 2026
Jet Window tracks flights: live status and position, gate and terminal, aviation weather, airport information, and alerts for the flights you follow. If something is not working or you have a question, email [email protected] and describe what you were doing. A flight number and date helps a lot. Expect a reply within a few business days.
Common questions
- My flight shows no data. Flight data appears once the airline files the flight with the provider, usually a day or two before departure. A flight booked months out will show its schedule but not live status.
- A gate or time looks wrong. Jet Window reports what its data providers publish, and airlines sometimes update the airport before they update the feed. Always trust the airport monitors and your airline for the final word.
- I am not getting alerts. Alerts need notifications allowed for Jet Window in iOS Settings, the flight tracked with alerts switched on, and a First Class subscription.
- Instruments show odd numbers. The speed, altitude, vertical speed, and heading readouts come from your iPhone's own GPS and sensors, not from the aircraft. They are for interest only and are not aircraft instruments.
- Managing First Class. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings, not in Jet Window.
- Deleting your data. Settings has a Delete account option that removes your account and tracked flights immediately and permanently.
